Earthen Routes Community Farm

Within TATA ACTREC, St. Jude’s Child Care Centre accommodates pediatric-cancer patients, for whom it is crucial to consume pesticide-free food.

We cultivate organic seasonal produce for the children of St. Jude child care center.

Earthen Routes is a Social Entrepreneurship; a hybrid form that combines the features of a for-profit and non-profit enterprise. We work towards our primary goal of supporting the dietary needs of the pediatric patients, and also operate with a business-like efficiency.

Join us to experience the benefits of community farming and green living.

Prapti

Prapti is Earthen Route’s new community farm project. Prapti means abundance. Prapti is being developed as a project of YMC in association with Shrunkhala Organization. The 20000 sq. ft. of land will be a nature learning hub for urban and rural people. As it will be a community farm, people can volunteer here and learn many things. Prapti will be a permaculture-inspired farm. The climate change impacts are vast, including the vulnerability of biodiversity, food security, human health, and water quality. Prapti is a positive solution to appropriately manage these factors, eliminate toxic chemicals, and create an abundance of food, all while regenerating the land.
